San Pasqual Valley
The community of San Pasqual Valley CA, historically spelled San Pascual, is the northernmost city in San Diego County. It is named after the Kumeyaay village of the same name. Today, it has a population of around 35,000 people. As of 2010, there were a total of 45,000 residents. The community is home to a number of different schools and other businesses. The area is known for its mild weather and a diverse range of activities.
The area is home to approximately 14,000 acres and is largely owned by the City of San Diego’s Public Utilities Department. The land is dominated by agricultural land uses, with vineyards, orchards, field crops, and dairy operations.
